The eye-wateringly tight garment barely contained Kim's ample derriere and created several ripples at the front.
And at times she appeared to have trouble walking in the item, which featured a giant zipper at the back.
To make matter worse, she paired the skirt with a cleavage-baring light blue denim shirt, giving the effect of disastrous double denim.
Kim teamed the look with some white leather stilettos featuring tiny padlocks on the ankle straps and a gold cuff bracelet.
She wore her brunette locks out in a straight style and an application of her signature smokey eye and nude lip make-up combination.
Kim was enjoying a lunch outing with Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen and her daughter Sophia.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star rolled up in a black Rolls Royce Phantom and was followed into the upscale hotel by a burly bodyguard.
The extra security may have perhaps had something to do with the last meal Kim had in the Florida state.
Over the weekend Kim fled from a restaurant to avoid an embarrassing encounter with her former sex tape partner.
The reality star left a Miami restaurant by a side entrance just as Ray J was entering to join boxer Floyd Mayweather and friends.
Sources said Ray J was not aware that Kardashian was at the Prime 112 restaurant on Sunday where she was having a meal with her family.
