The real side to sexiest woman alive... Make-up free Mila Kunis rocks bed hair as devoted Ashton drapes arm around her

Loved up: Ashton Kutcher steps out with Mila Kunis as she is crowned Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire

As she was crowned Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire, beau Ashton Kutcher gave the thumbs up.
But instead of rocking her red carpet bling or cover girl leather trousers, Mila Kunis appeared to have rolled out of bed in her pyjamas as she went on a coffee run with her boyfriend make-up free.
The Black Swan beauty was obviously at ease in Ashton's company, not bothering with styling her hair as she tied it up in a scruffy ponytail, and throwing on a baggy hoodie to drown her petite body.

Genuinely happy: The couple did a coffee run, looking like they'd both just rolled out of bed

She walked along in Ugg boots and grey tracksuit trousers embossed with a large peace symbol, that looked like a DIY job she had scrawled on in black nail varnish or maker pen.
The Butterfly Effect star Kutcher, 34, was similarly dressed down in a backwards baseball cap, jeans, checkered shirt and comfortable woollen cardigan thrown over for their walk in the Big Apple.
In contrast to Mila's dressed-down approach, she is currently on newsstands across the country in a racy topless spread for the men's magazine, covering her breasts with her hands for modesty.

At ease: Mila was confident going make-up, having known Ashton since the Nineties in That '70s Show

Speaking to the publication, the 29-year-old revealed the vixen within versus the girl next door.
Mila said: 'What I do and who I am are two different things. And they always will be.
'What happens with people is they lose sight of who they are, and they become either who they want to be or who they are perceived to be. But whatever it is, it is no longer who they are.
'So much of who you are in this industry is based on what that critic says, what that director says, what that actor says.
'People start believing all that, and they become what everybody else wants them to be.
'And I think that I’ve consciously separated my two lives.'
