Back in black: Jessica hits the streets of Manhattan on Friday in a leather jacket and black flats

Even movie stars get tired of having to look camera-ready all the time.
And Sin City star Jessica Alba was no exception on Friday, as she stepped out of her New York City hotel with wet hair.
The 31-year-old opted to skip the time-consuming processes of blow drying her long tresses, hitting the streets of Manhattan with wet locks and wearing a leather jacket.

Not her best look: Jessica's hair resembled a wet mop

The actress and activist slipped on a pair of comfortable loose black pants and black flats for her outing, and slung a small black leather purse over her shoulder.
Jessica was spotted out and about with her baby daughter Haven Garner the previous day, but the cute redhead was nowhere in sight today.
Also out of sight were her husband Cash Warren and four-year-old daughter Honor Marie.
According to RadarOnline, the entire Alba-Warren clan were spotted on Tuesday boarding a Virgin America flight to JFK.

...But the star still looked beautiful - despite foregoing her usual beauty routine

The glamorous movie star allegedly sat her nanny and two children in first class, while Jessica and Cash sat in the first bulkhead row of coach.
'Everyone was doing a double take, seeing Jessica Alba sitting in coach, while her kids and nanny were in first class,' a passenger on the plane revealed.
'Cash was such a doting dad, walking Haven up and down the aisle during the flight. It was really cute.'

Girl time: Jessica was spotted out with her baby daughter Haven Garner on Thursday

The actor-activist took home the prestigious Green Parent Award from the Environmental Media Association in Burbank last Sunday, and posed on the green carpet with her 33-year-old husband.
Alba received the honour thanks to her Honest company - which promotes 'safe, natural, non-toxic and eco-friendly' baby products, as well as green cleaning products.
